REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! That's why we offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, and 30 days to request an exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn, in its original condition
- All original tags attached
- Packed in its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Upon approval, we'll provide you with return shipping instructions and details on where to send your package. Please note: items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your orders, but mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized orders
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Need a different product or size? The quickest way to get what you want is to:
- Return your original item (once approved)
- Place a new order separately for your desired product
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund approval status.
✅ If approved: Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
